      Verdict

SHERJAWY is taken to land the opener at the main expense of Ask Jenny and Sofinella. The selection has plenty to recommend him as he arrives here in good form and he wasn't beaten far behind the progressive Handsinthemist last time out at Southwell. He has got course and distance winning form here and from a good high draw he can get his head in front. In contrast, Ask Jenny has the worst of the draw and her wide berth will make life tough, although she did post a solid effort here last time when third behind What Katie Did. Sofinella is not the most reliable but she was only narrowly beaten last time behind Mujma at Southwell and if she is on one of her going days then she could be capable of making the frame. Bluebok won last time but he was all-out to score that day at Wolverhampton and he could be vulnerable this evening under a 6lbs penalty. This is an open event to get proceedings underway and the vote is given to Sherjawy.
