Oslot was narrowly beaten over what was probably an inadequate trip at Cheltenham last time and back over a more suitable trip he is hard to oppose and gets the verdict over Templer and Dr Hart. The last mentioned represents the in-form Brendan Powell stable and has to be considered on the form shown when successful at Lingfield last month but he was disappointing at Uttoxeter last time and now looks best watched. Hunter chase winner Feeling Better and recent Towcester winner Master John both have ability but are likely to have to settle for minor honours and a bigger threat is likely to come from Templer, who has been found wanting in better company at Cheltenham and Aintree of late but this is more his level. Oslot has solid claims though and he is hard to oppose.
