A trappy maiden hurdle gets proceedings underway and there is very little between many of the leading fancies and the principals look to be Classic Moon, Skipping Chapel and Spartacus Bay and the narrow nomination is given to Classic Moon. The selection was a fair third behind Killyglen in a similar race last time out, this looks slightly easier and with his shrewd Irish connections having a good record here he looks the one to be on. Skipping Chapel rates the main danger on his best form; he disappointed behind Crahee last time but should be suited by this faster ground so has definite place claims. Spartacus Bay ha shown glimmers of ability in the past and if he improves for the fitting of a first timer tongue tie he would have definite place claims. Justtheoneforyou is another that has shown promise in the past but his stable have not has a winner for a while so can not be put forward with much confidence. Of the remainder Braddock Island could go well at a price if the ground remains on the fast side but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum Classic Moon is our idea of the winner.
