Verdict

A valuable prize for the time of year which should be within the grasp of TZORA who's preferred to National Trust and Mission Control amongst others. The booking of Timmy Murphy to ride Come Out Firing and A. P. McCoy for Forty Thirty are fascinating engagements whilst Humbel Ben was gambled on last time and ran well enough until finding little off the bridle but they could all struggle to cope with Tzora who may just have crept in on a lenient mark. He showed plenty of ability on his first two starts before proving slightly disappointing at Hereford. He seemed to relish the faster ground on his return from a break at Wincanton and can build on that success. National Trust's Ffos Las win received a boost when Federstar, the second home, went on to win his next three starts and David Bass helps negate the 13lb rise in the weights whilst Mission Control has gone well fresh in the past and was progressive last summer. Support for Pemberton in first time cheekpieces on debut for David Pipe would look interesting but we reckon that this can go the way of Tzora.
