      Verdict

Dual novice winner Hasanoanda could only manage fourth at Sandown on his handicap debut while Maypole drops back down in class after struggling at Haydock. Arigato faces tougher opposition having finished runner-up here last week and Papa Stour is hard to fancy off his current mark. Wilson showed signs of a resurgence at Leicester last time but ESCALATOR made a winning handicap debut at Doncaster with a convincing three-length success and looks worth sticking with despite carrying 6lb extra.
