Erytheis looks to be going the right way judged by her narrow success in a course and distance nursery a fortnight ago but this looks tougher for Sir Michael Stoute's filly and preference is for Gallery Girl, who gets the vote ahead of Jeanmaire. The selection seemed not to stay seven furlongs at Newbury last week and should be more effective back over six on ground conditions that suit ideally. Qusoor has done little wrong of late over the minimum trip and there could be more to come back over this trip, while Lonely Ahead has like a lot of her stablemates been highly tried and is difficult to evaluate. Angus Newz is strictly held by Erytheis on running here last time, while You Call That Art does not look to be good enough and of more interest may be Jeanmaire. Hugh Morrison's filly has held her own in Listed races of late and is entitled to be thereabouts but Gallery Girl has her ideal conditions and the drop back to six furlongs should bring about the necessary improvement.
