Sintenis Mac finally got his head in front over course and distance last week but it would be a brave man that backed him to follow up and we prefer the claims of Game Park. The selection has yet to encounter fast ground but should have no problem acting on it and appears to be a progressive performer. He ran well over a mile behind Mexican Venture in May before another solid effort at Kempton where he was too far off the pace in a slowly run race. Hopefully, this will be run at a better gallop and Jamie Spencer can produce him at the right time. Aggravation is capable of winning a race of this nature but is always going to be vulnerable to better handicapped rivals whilst Hannicean has proved to be frustrating since winning his maiden. Three of the top four in the weights are making their seasonal returns and Rock Anthem hasn't hit the right notes in two runs this summer. Bikini should benefit from the drop back in trip but may find the company too hot and Sonny Parkin doesn't appear to put it all in these days. Sintennis Mac has often been well backed in his short career and finally got it right in blinkers last time. There's a chance that he may be able to go on from that but Jamie Spencer and Game Park should be hunting the pack and can gun down their rivals close home.
