Anchor Date and Amazin form the shortlist here, with the vote going to Amazin. Anchor Date's maiden form has been solid of late, and he is improving, so he rates consideration, but Amazin was second at Sandown last time in a similar event and, while he can't quite get his head in front and keep it there it seems, he should be very competitive today. Official ratings suggest as much also. Of the others, Genuine Surprise is possibly interesting debuting at this level, and Heres The Plan has displayed Flat promise and will be fit from a spin over hurdles. Overall, though, we will give Amazin another chance.
