Musical High stepped up on debut form when losing her maiden tag at Leicester last time and is taken to continue winning ways here at the main expense of Playful and Dixie Belle. The last mentioned looked useful when making a winning start to her career at Redcar before finding Listed race company too good at Naas last time and Mick Quinlan's filly may struggle in the grade again. John Gosden's Duelling takes a big step up in class following a narrow success in a Lingfield maiden and it may be beyond her, while Corrib has more to do than when winning minor events at Bath and Chepstow on her first two starts. Smooch has not progressed as much as expected and of more interest may be Ralph Beckett's Playful, who was not disgraced behind the speedy Flashy Wings in the Queen Mary last time and may improve for the step up to six furlongs today. Richard Hannon has his juveniles in good form now though and with further improvement anticipated from the all-the-way Lingfield winner, she is taken to follow up that success.
