The short list here contains Greenslades, Bakhoor and Edaas, with the selection being Greenslades. Greenslades has won from today's mark and, given that he looked to be coming back to form last time, can go well and the going will be okay for him. Compton's Eleven ran Yandina close at Folkestone on Sunday and he remains pretty well handicapped from last summer. Direct Debit is also reasonably weighted based on his best form and he too looked a bit more like his old self last time, while Edaas excelled herself in Group company last time and, if in that type of form, is a big danger to all. Secret Night has dropped to a fair mark and, if back to her best, she too could get involved, while Bakhoor comes here as a lightly-raced improver - she has won three of her last four races - and she looks set ot be competitive again. Given that Trimlestown is now just two pounds above a winning seven-furlong mark, he too can be considered but, for the selection, we will side with Greenslades.
