A good Listed contest here and we will side with Peak To Creek to win it from Auditorium, Fokine and Iqte Saab. The selection has to give weight away all around but the is plenty to like about him. Fast ground suits, this trip looks to be his optimum and Jeremy Noseda was keen not to run him in the Guineas when he was slightly under the weather. Presumably he is over all that and if anything he should benefit from a month since his last run. He comes here freshened up again and can score. Auditorium steps up to to this trip again having run well over it in Group 2 company at Doncaster in September. Another son of Royal Applause in this race, he will be suited by conditions, has plenty of toe and should go very well. Fokine has finished second in both Listed and Group 3 company so far this campaign and that represents good form to bring into this. Far from disgraced on either occasion he is a likeable sort who could give the selection most to do. Meanwhile the potential improver in the field is Iqte Saab, who looked very useful at the Craven meeting, has some pretty good form with Snow Ridge, and may turn out to be the best of these in the long term, but he is not quite battle hardened enough to get the vote, and that goes to Peak To Creek.
