In depth

Verdict

It's A Dream is selected in preference to Dream Docker and Paraguay. David Elsworth's charge is being supported on potential rather than performance but the fact that he was prepared to take a tilt at the Craven Stakes on a second start shows that he must have plenty of ability. Paraguay should handle the surface and although his last two efforts have been disappointing, there is plenty in the formbook that would give him a fair shout. Dream Docker looked as if he would come on for the experience of his latest start although his form on the ground is open to question. Diamond Di Triano looked progressive earlier in the year but appeared not to act on the track at Epsom. She can handle soft ground so the market is dutifully inspected. Sicilian has ability but has failed to get his head infront for over a year. Press The Button can be expected to race prominently this afternoon and was impressive when scoring at Epsom earlier in the month. The Osteopath has the ability to win a race of this nature but often loses his races through a tendency to pull hard. Kinsya is a course and distance winner and should be unafraid of any overnight rain. Zabeel House failed to build upon a fair effort at Sandown and looks one to oppose at present. It's A Dream is a tentative selection but he nevertheless secures the vote.
