      Verdict

      Final Watch won on the Rowley course here before finishing second over a longer trip at Sandown while Graystone won a lower grade contest at Yarmouth recently with a disappointing Numoor behind. The latter is fitted with headgear today and Farasi Lane is another looking to put a below par effort behind him. Pallas Lord won a maiden in soft ground at Carlisle last time and makes his handicap debut along with novice winner DIFFIDENT SPIRIT, who scored at Chepstow on his reappearance - there should be more to come from him now he’s got his head in front.
