Several make their handicap debuts and Opening Scene is fitted with additional headgear after a show of temperament and a poor effort at Haydock. ZIGGY is preferred as he placed over a shorter trip in soft going at Beverley last time and his pedigree suggests this step up to middle-distances will bring improvement. Crestwood is another handicapping for the first time but Dolphin Vista finished closer over track and trip last time and will handle the underfoot conditions. Yuften is best on the all-weather but there should be more to come from Shining Aitch over today’s trip after placing at Yarmouth.
