SPRING DAWN, a half-sister to two winners, looked in need of experience on her debut over the track and trip but was closing at the finish and beaten less than a length. She can go one better though Ludmilla, who made a very promising debut here in October, didn't look at her best on a return visit last month and can do better. The selection's stable also run Beautiful Summer, a half-sister to several very useful winners, and the Frankel filly English Rose, who is out of a French Group 1 winner. Al Haan is another daughter of Frankel out of a 5f winner while the Oasis Dream filly Platinum Jubilee hails from a yard in outstanding form.
