Verdict

A watch of the market is advised in the opener but for the selection we offer up Fidelias Dance to spring a shock at the expense of Pixies Blue and Dea Caelestis. Mark Johnston's charge bombed out badly on debut but the market suggested that she had shown something at home and with Group Therapy going on to make his way through the ranks since, it could be worth chancing that the Nottingham run was just a bad day at the office. Pixies Blue is another to have seen the starter. The Lingfield race she took part in was ran at a muddling pace so it is difficult to get a handle on the form. Dea Caelestis would be an emotional winner for Henry Cecil. Her pedigree is full of mile and mile-and-a-half performers but connections will be keen to get a win for her breeding prospects. David Elsworth has sent out a juvenile winner this term so any confidence behind Miss Emma May should be noted. Loveinanelevator is a daughter of the smart Londonnetdotcom so is another to watch in the market. The breeding suggests that Lady Aquitane would not want conditions to get too soft. A hard race without reference to the betting and Fidelias Dance is offered as a token selection.
