The veteran SEEKING MAGIC reappeared with a narrow defeat in a better race on this track around a year ago and was in good form during the summer. He's back on the same mark here and can have the call over fellow veteran Dungannon, who has suddenly found a new lease of life at Southwell. Independence Day had some decent form in Ireland and starts off on a reasonable mark for Robert Cowell, who will get the best out of him, while Vibrant Chords ran some fine races in stronger handicaps than this last summer without managing to win one. Oh So Sassy is 7lb higher than when gaining her only victory on Turf at Doncaster last June and does better on the all-weather.
