There are high aspirations held for several of these and it is only with tepid confidence that Fillies Mile entry Malayana is forwarded to get the better of Indigo Rose and Stringsofmyheart, while Passage Of Time makes plenty of appeal after a sterling effort on her debut last month. Passage Of Time is a half-sister to 10-furlong winner Sandglass and looks sure to get better in due course. Her three-year-old campaign will be interesting but she may find one or two of these a bit too lively at this stage. Stringsofmyheart (along with Rose Of Petra) represents Sir Michael Stoute and has to be respected, especially so if there is strong support for her in the betting market. Indigo Rose is another that could find herself heading to Ascot if posting a bold display this afternoon. John Gosden has enjoyed steady stream of winners this term and, as he won this race last year, his representative cannot be ruled out too quickly. However, a chance is taken that Malayana ¿ a half-sister to the top-class Embassy ¿ is primed to do herself justice and she will be hard to master if she runs to the potential that is packed in her breeding background.
