    Verdict

LEZOO won a Listed race over course and distance a little under two weeks ago and should again beat third Tagline. She’ll need to up her game again if she is to extend her unbeaten record but is capable of doing so. Maylandsea was a clear second best behind the exceptional Dramatised in the Queen Mary and well ahead of Carmela. But she is bred for speed so the extra furlong is a worry given the stiff nature of this track. Mawj had every chance when second in the Albany Stakes but that was another good run and she holds Queen Olly on the form book.
