War Horse beat Nolton Cross at Sandown and had the same rival behind when not beaten far in the race won by SWILCAN BRIDGE at Epsom last month. But he’s no better off with winner, who holds Oh Herberts Reign on the form book and still appears to be on a decent mark. New London failed to land the odds in the Chester Vase in May having won his first two starts but still has plenty of scope, as does stablemate Natural World and the hat-trick seeking Phantom Flight. However, Yonafis may be a bigger threat as he is bred for the this trip even though he’s been doing his winning over a mile.
