On the face of things this race appears to lack strength in depth. The four to focus on, in a race where the market ought to prove the best guide, are Corbel, from a very good family, Lady Justice, a half-sister to the very useful Sarcita, Miss You, who cost IR¿300,000 as a yearling and is related to some good winners, and Rondinay. The last-named disappointed at Windsor last time (although the ground was blamed) after a good Ascot run the time before. As indicated, the market should prove the best guide but it would be no surprise to see Corbel or Lady Justice make a winning debut.
