A cracking renewal of the Cherry Hinton and we will give a confident vote to Nannina, Salut d'Amour and Spinning Queen should be the ones fighting for the place money. John Gosden's filly was most impressive when winning on her debut at Pontefract. She missed the kick completely but after being switched right over a furlong from home showed tremendous speed to comfortably beat Crimson by three lengths. She will have learnt a great deal from that experience and will be very hard to beat this afternoon. Salut d'Amour has taken on some of the best juveniles this season and was second best to the very smart Flashy Wings at York. If she runs up to that form today she will be hard to keep out of the places. Spinning Queen also took part in the Royal meeting and did well to finish fourth to the well regarded La Chunga. That was only her second visit to the racecourse and she should be capable of further improvement. Donna Blini finished second in the Hillary Needler at Beverley and looks the pick of the remainder, but the style of Nannina's victory suggests she is a star in the making and she should land this valuable prize.
