In depth

Verdict

Jane Marple is a sister to useful stayer Precious Ramotswe and a half-sister to several other winners. She will almost certainly know what’s required and should win plenty of races but RENAISSANCE QUEEN is a half-sister to Godolphin’s Group 1 and Group 2 winner Old Persian and equally promising. Delta’s Royalty landed the odds at Kempton in December but has to give 7lb to two potentially-smart fillies.
