SETA may be able to live up to the reputation she created when running away with a maiden on debut and she's taken to lower the colours of Special Duty and Rumoush. The French filly has plenty to live up to as two of the trainer's previous three winners of the Cheveley Park Stakes went on to win this Classic and it may not be wise to read too much into Special Duty's defeat on her return. She's reportedly come to herself since then and has been pleasing connections in her work although there are slight question marks about her ability to get the trip and, in particular, if the rain gets into the ground. Rumoush leapt into the picture with an impressive performance in Listed company last month and this half-sister to last year's winner has to be taken seriously. There's plenty of stamina in her pedigree which has led some to question her effectiveness over this shorter trip whilst rain could also be an issue. Rain certainly won't be a concern for Seta who is preferred by Kieren Fallon to Nell Gwyn winner Music Show. That's an encouraging vote of confidence for supporters of Luca Cumani's filly who may not have handled the quick ground when turned over at a short price in the May Hill whilst her handler also felt that she was still on the weak side at that juncture. She has something to find on the book with the principals but looked out of the top drawer on debut and Seta is taken to confirm that impression with conditions likely to suit.
