NOBLE STORM, Dandy Man and Inxile make the shortlist here, with the first-named, who has progressed well this season, taken to come out on top. Dandy Man was winning for the first time in two years when scoring in a conditions race at Leicester earlier this summer, and he ran well in defeat in a similar event at Doncaster recently. He is sure to be thereabouts. Inxile has been progressing this summer, taking a Listed race at Naas and finished just behind Dandy Man at Doncaster, and there looks likely to be little between them again. Winner of three races this summer, Noble Storm showed good speed in a similar race to this at Beverley last time, with the stiff uphill finish finding him out. He looks ready to make the step up to this grade and Noble Storm is preferred.
