LAYALI AL ANDALUS can land this nursery at the main expense of My One Weakness and Lethal Combination. The selection looked a smart prospect when winning a maiden in convincing style over 7f at Doncaster back in June and as he is bred to be suited by this longer trip he can make it back-to-back successes. My One Weakness wasn't beaten all that far in a competitive handicap at York last time. He lost ground at the start that day so it was a good effort and he is another who will appreciate this longer trip. Lethal Combination won his maiden at the third time of asking at Lingfield earlier this month. He scored with a bit in hand that day and he does look progressive so he is certainly worth consideration. Whippers Love is chasing the hat-trick here but a 6lbs penalty might be enough to find him out and we will stick with his stablemate Layali Al Andalus as the pick.
