SUGAR BEACH made a very promising start behind more experienced rivals in what was a probably a decent maiden at Ripon. The fifth won at Thirsk on Saturday so the form is working out and Ann Duffield's Canford Cliffs filly should relish the extra furlong. Moonlight Blue was fourth over track and trip on his introduction and is open to improvement while Richard Fahey's pair, Mushaireb and the twice-raced Yarmouk, should be prominent in the betting. Any market support for newcomers Suspect Package, who is a half-brother to a two-year-old winner over this trip, and Sincil Bank should also be noted.
