Redford had every chance in the Britannia last time but ultimately disappointed having had every chance and Michael Bell's three-year-old looks best watched against his older rivals with preference for ROYAL POWER, who gets the vote over Stevie Gee. The last mentioned has been in good form of late and Alan Swinbank's gelding has to be respected off what still seems a fair mark but he is probably better over shorter so looks best watched at present. Daaweitza has won his last two starts but has harshly gone up 6lbs for his latest narrow success at Chester, while Cha Cha Cha took advantage of a favourable mark on the Polytrack two starts ago but may be a shade high in the weights back on turf now. Compton's Eleven has yet to prove that he stays this far and a better bet looks to be Royal Power, who ran a fine race when third in the Royal Hunt Cup last time and he can gain ample compensation today off just a 4lb higher mark.
