Toto Skyllachy, Celtic Lynn and Stonecrabstomorrow are the three against the field here, and TOTO SKYLLACHY is given the vote to come out on top. Celtic Lynn is only 5lbs higher than when scoring over this course and distance on his seasonal re-appearance. That was a smooth success, and if there is further rain he must be a leading player. Stonecrabstomorrow is chasing a hat-trick after a couple of wins in lesser grade. He had shaped well in handicaps before that and with his confidence lifted he can go well. Toto Skyllachy is another that prefers cut in the ground, so any quickening of the surface would be against him. However, this represents a drop in class after finishing a close second in a valuable Ripon event last time. Providing conditions do not get fast, Toto Skyllachy can land this.
