David Nicholls saddles two runners in this valuable sprint with Adrian Nicholls taking the ride on Buachaill Dona, who has been below par of late but is more than capable of taking the honours, and he is preferred to stable companion Fol Hollow, who has been in good form of late but may now be too high in the weights, although a better bet may be CAPTAIN DUNNE. Tim Easterby's gelding should reverse the form with Fol Hollow on their running at Thirsk last month and is better than he showed at Epsom last time when never dangerous behind Bertoliver. Stable companion The Nifty Fox is closely matched with Jim Goldie's Rasaman on running at Musselburgh last week and has every chance of reversing form from that day. Noel Wilson's Hotham has more to do than when winning at York last time. Jane Chapple-Hyam's Secret Asset has been running consistently well and should be thereabouts again, while Five Star Junior's form ties in with The Nifty Fox and is another to consider. Richard Fahey's Skylla could be of interest on his reappearance but in a competitive event it is Captain Dunne that is marginally preferred.
