In depth

Verdict

Misu Mac won four times at Southwell last term but has been off the track for over a year. KENNY THE CAPTAIN makes more appeal as Tim Easterby’s charge is having only his third start on the all-weather and can race off a lower mark than when scoring at Carlisle last month. American Hustle was well behind the progressive Orion’s Bow when third here last time but Classic Pursuit went close at Nottingham on his penultimate start. Aussie Ruler has yet to win but continues to tumble down the weights.
