Bosham was in good form on the all-weather earlier this year but stablemate Bowson Fred has the more recent form, landing a double before finishing second at Chelmsford ahead of Encore d'Or. But Fast Track has the beating of the latter pair on collateral form and is also preferred to stablemate Steelriver while Paul Hanagan’s presence on Patrick suggests the latter is preferred to El Viento, though finished behind runner-up Bogart at York last month. Memories Galore remains 11lb higher than when scoring at Lingfield last year and ORION’S BOW (NAP) carries 6lb extra for landing a hat-trick with a wide-margin success at Thirsk last time. The latter drops back in trip for this but Dandy Nicholls’ progressive sprinter does not look like he’s finished winning yet and can take this step up in class in his stride.
