This is very much a case of whose turn is it today, with Greenwich Meantime getting our vote over Argentum and Skye's Folly. Several of the others are closely matched, but Manhattan Jack is unexposed at the trip and is worth noting if supported before the off. Skye's Folly has been the victim of his own consistency and faces no easy task from top weight. Even so, he is now 4lb lower in the handicap than for his last win and has a feasible chance of bouncing back if Willie Supple can drag a little extra out of him near the finish. Argentum is better off at the weights from the last time he encountered the selection and should also make a fist of it. However, he still has a little to prove regarding his stamina for the trip and looks vulnerable in this company. By way of contrast, Greenwich Meantime is a proven stayer that arrives here in good heart. The ground should not be a problem for him and it will come as no surprise to see Linda Ramsden's charge gallop his rivals into submission today.
