A wide open affair here and very few can be ruled out but the principals look to be Negus de Beaumont, Grand Daum and Newgate Suds and the tentative vote is given to Negus de Beaumont. The selection was a fair third behind Parkinson last time out, is sure to have come on for the run and under conditons that suit he looks a value bet. Grand Daum rates the main danger on his latest second behind Twist 'N' Turn but he has yet to prove he stays this far. Newgate Suds is another that could go well on his latest second behind Minella Tipperary but he is rising in the weights without winning and he is taken on with this in mind. Shulmin won well last time out but will find this harder under his penalty. Of the remainder Rival Bidder is from a yard in form but looks weighted up to his best, this is a trappy affair and the market will be very informitive but for the winner we return to Negus de Beaumont.
