Verdict

Kieren Fallon is the man to side with again as he gets the leg up to partner VERY GOOD DAY, who can be fancied to be a lot sharper this evening; she is a strong fancy to hold too many guns for Choice and Boss's Destination. Strong support for Osgood - a stablemate of the selection - would be noteworthy. However, the son of Danehill Dancer lacks the scope and class of Fallon's mount and may have to play second fiddle here. Boss's Destination is rated 74 and would be carrying top weigh were this a handicap. He holds an entry at Pontefract on Monday, so is one to keep tabs on whatever happens. Choice, as you may expect given her connections, is a well-bred individual who can be expected to pay her way as she gains in experience. Sir Michael Stoute excels with this type of animal and it will be perilous to underestimate her chances. However, Very Good Day, who was third in a Listed race at Goodwood 17 days ago, can be fancied to relish this ease in grade and it will be a minor surprise if she isn't classy enough to comfortably see off tonight's opposition.
