With little form to go on we side with the improving SILCA CONEGLIANO to score the victory ahead of the Richard Hannon's debut runner Sceal Nua and his other option in this contest, Miss Dutee. Silca Conegliano has run decently to finish second in her last two races. Assuming that this experience will stand her in good stead against the unexposed types in this race, we choose to side with Mick Channon's filly to make further progress and notch up the win. Sceal Nua may be able to win on debut but the pedigree suggests she is bred for further. Juveniles from the Hannon yard are well worth consideration though, but we prefer the look of their other horse in this contest, Miss Dutee, who despite performing poorly on debut should come on for that run. Dane O'Neill has a 14% strike rate at this course and has decent prospects with Miss Dutee. In this wide open fillies' race we side with Silca Conegliano to go make the next step and score here today.
