Entitled has pedigree to suggest this trip should suit but SARRSAR ran a respectable debut and is our choice in this race with the unexposed Bitter Fortune sure to figure prominently. Sarrsar came third on debut at Yarmouth finishing just under three lengths behind Commissionaire and the Michael Jarvis gelding should benefit for that experience. Pedigree suggests there should be a lot more to come from this horse and we think a win is entirely feasible today. Jeremy Noseda has a 22% strike rate with three-year-olds on the all-weather at Lingfield and therefore a good run can be expected from debut runner Bitter Fortune. Entitled should be suited by the trip and conditions and Sir Michael Stoute has a 30% strike rate with three-year-olds here so once again we think there could be an interesting performance to come. The high draw might suit Fancy Star whilst connections hope cheekpieces will assist Silver Astralis. However in a contest which is likely to be very closely fought we tentatively go for Sarrsar.
