Major Snugfit has been enjoying a busy and productive time under both codes in recent months and has climbed the handicap as a result. He did disappoint the last day however, but it would not surprise to see him bounce back here despite joint topweight. Resumption is still a maiden but has only had five starts and is expected to be in the mix once again on a first start at this track. His high-class yard has remained in excellent form since the end of the Turf season. Rainbow's Gift is consistent but CAN CAN GIRL has also been in fine form in recent weeks and the last-time winner has landed both her all-weather successes at this venue.
