Suivez Moi is going the right way and can land the finale at the expense of Lilac Mist and Transvestite, with Count Kristo worth noting. None of these line up with a recent win to their credit, and Cloonavery and Alfie Noakes make their belated return to the track. Suivez Moi seems to be improving with each run though and is out to make amends for his defeat at Pontefract where he was asked to try and make all of the running. He was only worn down close home by Venetian King though, and off a similar mark here, the same tactics can pay off. Lilac Mist was only just denied at Newcastle the time before last, and then found the 12 furlongs too much at Haydock. It is not hard to see Henry Cecil's filly being involved, while Transvestite is tough sort who always seems to be in there without being good enough. Count Kristo looked to have a bright future when chasing home Etlaala here last August, but has failed to settle this year. He failed to go into the stalls at Windsor, but ran fairly well despite taking a keen hold when finally making it to the track at Haydock in May. He will probably need this outing as well, and we fancy Suivez Moi to come good.
