NORDIC PASSAGE probably didn’t beat much on debut at Kempton but showed a nice turn of foot. John Gosden must think there is more in the locker as he reaches for the headgear and his charge can complete the double. Accessor won at Leicester in October and will be thereabouts if handling the quicker surface. Humbolt Current was only fifth when a hot favourite over a mile here last month but now sports blinkers so improvement is expected. Mystic Flight cost 280,000gns and is a half-brother to four winners but has already been gelded, though is still preferred to Blizzard of the newcomers.
