Hellovaqueen was a 20/1 chance when returning from a lay-off in a Ffos Las maiden but won a shade cosily and should strip fitter today. Fellow three-year-old Warmhearted won a novice event at Hamilton before finishing second on her handicap debut at Salisbury. Abel Tasman is fairly consistent but Misu Pete is better on the all-weather. Jonathan Fisher has won on two of three previous rides on this track and is good value for his 5lb claim in a race like this. His mount, BRISTOL MISSILE, wasn’t suited by soft going last month at Newmarket and is looking well treated nowadays. The Lords Walk was due to run yesterday at Salisbury.
