Luggers Hall has won just the once on the Flat and that was in soft ground over a shorter trip. Jacobs Son has done all his winning so far on the all-weather and Palus San Marco makes more appeal back on the level after a couple of spins over hurdles. GOLD MINE hasn't raced since 2011 but showed plenty of potential that year when winning two of his three starts. He gets the speculative vote returning to action off the same mark as when winning at Lingfield. Bouggatti has a shout on his return but Norfolk Sky was still beaten 11 lengths despite finishing second at Doncaster last time.
