It's difficult to get away from NINJAGO in this given the ease with which he won a Listed event at Ascot on his reappearance. He took care of Intibaah, Zanetto and Lady Phill with the minimum of fuss and looks the one to beat on that evidence. Intibaah may push him closer today and Lucky Beggar's recent second to Polski Max looked a decent effort though he was engaged at York yesterday but the two with the best form of last year were Heavy Metal and Glass Office. The former went backwards after landing the Vintage Stakes at Goodwood, however, and the latter was beaten in a couple of races at Meydan earlier this year having won a Group 3 on the Polytrack in September. Sound Of Guns could go well with a recent comeback run under her belt though she's another with an entry at York yesterday.
