Phillipina wasn't far beaten in a much better race than this on debut but stamina could be a problem so we prefer the chances of FLEURISSIMO with Natural Flair also entering calculations. The pick has progressed in two starts and was a surprise 50/1 third in similar company last time out. The form from that race looks solid viewed through the fourth and sixth placed horses, who both won next time up, and with filly staying on well that day the extra yardage shouldn't be an issue. Phillipina was only beaten about four lengths in a stronger race than this on debut. She should come on from that but she weaken late on in that seven furlong contest so it's difficult to recommend her over this longer trip. Natural Flair progressed in two starts last season and hinted this trip would suit when keeping on to land a runner's up spot in October. Hubka was promising on debut but again we have to question stamina while Light Dubai's run last month should have him sharp enough for a challenge. Another tricky race ends the card where Fleurissimo is the pick.
