Caravel will be a short price but he is the form pick to land the opener ahead of Can't Remember and Nick The Dreamer. The selection won five times on the flat earning a rating as high as 91. He disappointed on his debut for Howard Johnson but soon put that form behind him winning back to back races at Musselburgh. Although he has to deal with a double penalty this time around he does look a class above his rivals and with a clear round he will take all the beating. Can't Remember won on the third time of asking in a seller over course and distance on his seasonal reappearance. This race looks a lot tougher but with further improvement still to come he can certainly enter the frame. Nick The Dreamer has shown only a moderate amount of ability in his four starts to date but he does come from a shrewd yard so any market moves should be noted. However for the winner we return to Caravel.
