The Kealshore Kid ran a personal best when finishing second at Hexam last time out and is given the vote to land the finale at the expense of Sprinkler and Black Mogul. The selection is relatively unexposed with only eight runs to his name. He still looks to be on the upgrade and if he can recapture his recent form he will have to go close. Sprinkler has not shown a great deal since breaking his maiden tag eighteen months ago. That said he was not discredited when finishing fifth of twelve at Wetherby after coming off a long break and if stripping fitter he can be in the shake up. Black Mogul won at Hexham back in October and has since run well in defeat. He is possibly not the best handicapped horse but if recapturing his best form he has place claims once again. However for the winner we return to The Kealshore Kid.
