A lowgrade but tough handicap to sort through and Bachelor Affair looks the logical call ahead of Alabama Twist and Pink Bay. Bachelor Affair looks to have a good draw this afternoon and in the hope that Willie Jarvis has got his representative to settle in his races, this race is very much for the taking. Alabama Twist hails from an in-form yard. Unsighted over five furlongs at Nottingham - he is substantially upped in trip here. Pink Bay is stepped up in trip and should appreciate it. Arnie De Burgh has plenty of early pace although connections will not be wanting any overnight rain. Rod Millman's team are in fair form at present and Polar Dawn is noted in the betting. Sir Bluebird returns after a disappointing run at Chepstow. Bachelor Affair is duly nominated on all racecourse evidence thus far.
