Noubian is given another chance to expose his potential although Golden Feather and Humble Opinion bring good form into the race. The soft ground probably accounted for Noubian last time out but the form of his third to Kerashan at Kempton received a major boost when that rival finished second in a fair contest at Epsom last week. Golden Feather won a Newmarket maiden, overturning an odds-on hotpot in the process. Humble Opinion could be dangerous if employed under more positive tactics this time. Wavertree Warrior is another to take a bow in handicaps having won a recent Bath maiden. This assignment looks tougher. High Dyke is here after a win in a solid Sandown handicap. Connections are back to the well quickly under a 5lb penalty. Noubian could still be well treated though and we will stick with him to land the spoils.
