Verdict

MUTAKATIF went to Haydock for his debut and started favourite though he couldn't quite peg back Finnoston Farm on ground faster than he would have enjoyed. He can go one better though Expert Eye is by Acclamation out of a winning two-year-old from a very smart family. Diva Star is the only filly in the race and she cost €185,000 while Glacier may prove best of the Hannon duo as he's a son of Canford Cliffs out of a winning juvenile. Barraquero is speedily-bred being by Zebedee out of a 7f winner and is another to note.
