The improving filly Princess Lomi is given the vote to land this under top weight. Eoghan O'Neill's filly was a good winner at Beverley last time out, beating subsequent winner An Scaribh. Patient hold up tactics appear the key to this filly and the likely fast pace will suit. Warringah makes his handicap debut here after a disappointing final maiden outing at Thirsk where he appeared very one paced. It would be foolish to take the form of his second to Tartan Bearer literally although the third has admittedly won. Inchwood made a winning seasonal debut last time at Newmarket beating subsequent runner-up Maria Di Scozia in the process. Three year olds from this yard always deserve utmost respect and she is evidently improving. On a line through St Jean Cap Ferrat, Murcar has it all to do with Princess Lomi. Mon Plaisir stepped up considerably on what he had shown with a good win at Salisbury last time. Up 5lb for that win, there is every possibility he could remain well handicapped considering he missed the break last time and these conditions are those which he relishes. Princess Lomi is given the vote to land this ultra competitive handicap.
